UAE Pillar Two: EmaraTax registration for Top-up Tax is now live

The UAE Federal Tax Authority has opened registration for the Pillar Two Domestic Minimum Top-up Tax. This is a significant milestone in the UAE’s implementation of Pillar Two under Cabinet Decision No. 142 of 2024.

If your MNE group has consolidated annual revenue of EUR 750 million or more in at least two of the four fiscal years preceding the tested fiscal year, it’s time to act.
